Some corrections from a fellow military officer:
His award was the Bronze Star, not the Bronze Heart (which isn’t a real medal, but a verbal combination of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star)
He was introduced as Lieutenant Rory Stuart, whereas I believe he is actually Lieutenant Colonel Rory Stuart (his LinkedIn says he was promoted to Major in 2003, so I expect he’s been promoted to Lieutenant Colonel since then. Regardless, he isn’t a Lieutenant. He’s much too smart!)
Thank you Seth for pointing this out and listening for details! I really do appreciate this. You are right, he is Lieutenant Colonel (my source was wrong) and I did fuse two terms. I apologized to Rory and will make a correction in the next episode. We appreciate Rory and your service!—Julia
